Unfortunately, modern man and its food are so off-balance that comprehensive and additional knowledge is necessary to make the right decisions concerning food.

Nowadays we are faced with a huge confusion due to rapidly changing trends in popular diets and to scientific developments. Another cause of confusion is the fact that unnaturally processed food is hardly recognizable and more and more people become addicted to its taste. In addition, the pressure of our stressful society urges people more and more to take ready-made, non-vital fast food.

At present non-vital food has become one of the most important causes of illness.
